Studio Ma (“we”, “our”, or “us”) is a creative studio based in Kerala, India. All products listed on our website are handmade, illustrated, or designed by us, unless otherwise mentioned.

We reserve the right to update, modify, or replace any part of these Terms at any time. Any changes will be reflected on this page.

2. Products and Availability

We take great care to display our products accurately. However, slight variations in color, texture, or finish may occur due to screen differences or the handmade nature of certain items.

All products are subject to availability. In the rare case that an item becomes unavailable after your purchase, we’ll notify you promptly and offer an alternative or a refund.

3. Pricing and Payments

All prices are listed in INR (₹) and are subject to change without prior notice.
Payment must be completed at checkout for your order to be processed. We accept all major debit/credit cards, UPI, and other payment methods supported by Shopify.

4. Shipping

Orders are usually processed within 7–10 working days, excluding weekends and public holidays.

5. Returns and Refunds

We have a 15-day return policy. Items must be unused, in their original packaging, and returned only after a return request is approved.

All designs, illustrations, photographs, and written content on this website are the property of Studio Ma. You may not reproduce, distribute, or use them for commercial purposes without written permission.

7. Limitation of Liability

We take great care in fulfilling and delivering your orders. However, Studio Ma shall not be held responsible for delays, damages, or losses caused by courier partners or factors beyond our control (such as weather, strikes, or customs delays).

8. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the courts in Kerala, India.
